Ordinary reference pages can be read without creating an account. If a visitor sends a message through a linked service or provides contact details to a third-party search provider, that information is handled under that provider's terms. We do not ask visitors to place a private warrant number, date of birth or Social Security number into the page content.
Information Collected by Browsing
Our hosting and analytics services may receive basic technical data such as an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and approximate time of access. This data is used for security, performance and aggregate traffic measurement. It is not a court warrant file.
How Information Is Used

No Official Warrant Data Is Stored Here
This site does not host a live warrant roster, court docket, sheriff database or municipal citation file. Public agencies may hold records under the Oklahoma Open Records Act, Title 51 O.S. sections 24A.1 and later, but access requests belong with the agency that keeps the record. The Act does not transfer an agency's data to this site.

A provider's result is not an official Grady County, Oklahoma court or sheriff result. Do not enter sensitive data unless you have reviewed the provider's terms and intend to use its service.

Links lead to OSCN, the Grady County Court Clerk, the Grady County Sheriff's Office, GCCJA, Chickasha and Tuttle, Ninnekah, Oklahoma agencies and federal sources. Once a visitor leaves this site, the linked office controls its own forms, logs, cookies and records. This policy does not govern those systems.

This reference is not intended to collect information from children. Oklahoma juvenile records are subject to Title 10A section 1-6-102 and related confidentiality rules. Do not submit a juvenile name, sealed record or restricted court information to this site or a public form.
